- Gives off both "priest/priestess" and "royal" from the garments, but less like in the modern sense of priest and more like. The ancient greek aristocratic sort.
- Probably not entirely human, but some form of demihuman, part peacock
- In terms of personality, probably gives off very 'refined' and polite, although leaning towards the more benevolent and compassionate aristocrat, although not devoid of being a bit disconnected from the people they rule over or advise. This applies too if they're a priest, although they may seem a bit more disconnected if that's the case.
- Probably has an affinity for shiny things, particularly crystals, with purple being their favorite color. Probably has a whole collection of purple artifacts, and makes it a theme throughout their rooms. I picture an elaborate bedroom filled with lavish green carpets and wallpaper, but with purple drapes and furniture. Probably all sorts of purple-gem encrusted knick-knacks of no real purpose.
- No gender listed nor pronouns, but since male peacocks are the ones with these types of colors I'm leaning either a sort of effeminate man (or perhaps this sort of preening over their appearance and way of looking is more culturally normal for a male aristocrat wherever he's from?) or some form of nonbinary person.
- Looks a bit young to be 'king' so likely some form of heir or other aristocrat
- Circling back on the priesthood thing, perhaps the peacock theme is another part of that, representing some sort of peacock-god of some sorts, which the robes and decorative aspects are meant to represent. Perhaps the aristocrats being peacock demihumans implies a sort of 'divine bloodline'.
