in Vividattraction's PSA they mention their art being stolen and link to the original piece they made, which was posted to the nervoushorse account.

Art is not stolen the oc they are using is stolen from another user. The oc is copyright. Also want to point out that once you recieve a refund for something wether it be art or an oc then said oc is not yours regaurdless on how you got the refund.

Hello everyone. I’m the original poster of all of this information. The posts are on my Instagram SoarinWinds along with other pieces. I’m currently compiling a lot of data along with time stamps, voicemails, forged/incorrect court documents that Nervoushorse/vivid has sent to me, friends, and other users on DA and the such so some things might not be clear until the official document is released.
Vivid is very much Nervoushorse, I don’t have the image ready right now as it’s on a computer at home but many of their posts on vivid.attraction.stables (one of many Instagram accounts) are congruent with the style and content posted on Nervoushorse. The account Firebug_gc has repeatedly tried to purchase commissions of the characters I had mentioned were stolen, even using their own art as reference material (the style once again identical to Vivid/Nervoushorse’s). Most of these accounts were linked years ago in 2018/2019 because many of their posts had a copyright watermark using Nervoushorse’s real name (which I will be blurring as again, I’m not trying to spread hate or dox them, only trying to inform people of the situation) and I was able to draw the conclusion from there.
I will have a more concise timeline and more instances of character theft and such when I post the complete document but most of the information I have received was through submissions of friends and followers (who wished to remain anonymous understandably) as I have blocked and stopped seeking them out. Nervoushorse has doxxed my friend before and I am including those forged court summons and the blackmail their parents have sent me. I’m getting plenty of influx of information of people who have been affected by them, or have done their own digging
Vivid has repeatedly threatened me and other users (some both working on this document and others who would, understandably, rather not be involved) indirectly by announcing on their social media they would be pursuing legal action.
They have actually sent falsified and forged court documents to some of my friends. Those documents are currently being censored accordingly to where they can be included without doxxing my friend and/or Vivid. Their parents have called me claiming that I need to "get a real job" and stop fussing about fictional horses because "[they're] not hurting anyone". I will include the voicemail in the full compiled document.
There have been plenty of times where they claim to have done something in regards to summoning me or the other victims to court, only for us to "not show up", despite us never having received any sort of contact from Vivid and/or legal officers. Once Vivid/Nervoushorse heavily relies on the possibility that the threat of legal action will stop me from speaking out.
They have repeatedly made empty threats since November 13th of 2017 (the first time I received a threat) this was from their parents to tell me in short: if I don't stop reaching out and talking to NH/Vivid, they would pursue legal action. By this point, I had blocked all of NH's accounts. I had no contact and all information was sent to me from followers and friends. I did not talk to them and I did not seek out their page prior to this, seeing as any attempts to help NH steer away from stealing had been met with a silent block and I simply stopped attempting to reach out.

All four characters were designed and created by peachpawbs and I got them RIGHTFULLY from that creator!! Finding out that vivid/firebug/nervoushorse continues to use them upsets me because I've found countless commissions they've done of MY ocs. Thankfully the artists I've contacted were nice. This needs to stop NOW especially when they are also targeting my friends!! How dare they act like a victim when character thief is wrong all together!! Thank you for making this PSA

Do you have proof that they’re the same person? None of the screenshots come from Vivid’s account only the Neverhorse account which I didn’t find a link between the two :o
But that’s just a list of usernames. I meant like do you have proof that any of them are linked to each other? Like one mentions the other or has a link to one of them in their bio/description?
Edit: Not trying to be confrontational or anything I just don’t see it mentioned that it was confirmed they’re the same person. And nervoushorse appears to be the only name on the majority of these screenshots. That’s why I asked ^^
No because unfortunatly they are wise enough to not link the accounts they use to stalk artists that have clearly blocked them. If I come accross that as proof Ill add it here. But pretty sure theres enough here not to need to have to link everything to all their accounts used to cyber stalk members of the art community. Ill be dming my sources further or have them post here 🖤 they do go by nervouse horse on most plat forms.
Alright sorry I just wanted to ask because I was only seeing the one account pictured here and Vivid’s TH account doesn’t have much on it but I didn’t mean to come off as rude or like I was udnermining your PSA as a whole!
