You can only claim 1 MYO in this event (2 if you're doing what's requested to receive a rare MYO).
Yes, you can participate if you're not new to the species and have already had a MYO before!

How to obtain a common MYO?
To claim your common MYO, all you have to do is send the following form in the comments:

Am I in the TH world: (yes/no)
Rarity of MYO that I'm claiming: common
And done! The MYO will be manually created for you.

How to obtain a rare MYO?
To claim your rare MYO, you need to create a bulletin promoting and sharing this event with a link. After it's all done, send the following form answered in the comments (if you're also claiming a common MYO, send 2 different comments, one for each MYO):
