Designs may not be bought with the sole purpose of reselling.

I must remain credited for the design, no matter where it is posted. Please credit -Dystopia-

The buyer may make any kind of alteration to the design, however, no matter the changes, I will remain the creator of the design.

The buyer may not make the design into any kind of closed or open species.

As the producer of the design, I reserve the right to repost and publish artwork to promote myself, to display where I like and to post wherever I like.

The original image may not be altered in any way, unless text is being added or it is being resized.

Designs that have been awarded for free may not be resold and can only be traded for other characters, unless the buyer has purchased artwork for the design in question.

Purchased designs may be used commercially in the form of stickers and badges.

As the producer of the artwork, I reserve the right to repost and publish artwork to promote myself, to display where I like and to post wherever I like.

The commissioner can repost offsite with permission and credits to the correct accounts and sites. It may be used for roleplay and any other personal use. The art may be printed and rights to the character may be claimed, but not to the artwork itself.

The commissioner may not attempt to use the work for profit.

The commissioner (or anyone ) may not trace or close reference the artwork.

The artwork may only be resold with its respective character and not individually.

The commissioner may not edit the artwork in any way. The only excepted edits are resizing and adding text over the image.

if these TOS are violated, you will loose right to the character/artwork.
