TERMS OF USE FOR ADOPTABLES

PAYMENT NOTES (For adopts that are purchased with $):

• Adopts are NON-REFUNDABLE. Make sure you actually not only want to buy these, but can afford it. I am not responsible for your spending habits! 
• Chargebacks will result in a blacklist.
• Ghosting and not holding your end of the offer will result in a block and a blacklist.
• I expect payment within 24 hours of accepting the offer, failure to abide by this will result in a block and a blacklist as I will consider it ghosting.

IMPORTANT:

• Please do not private any of my designs without giving me an authorized viewer key (if you are just authing overall, please auth my main REACTORPOOL)
• If you want to resell/trade/give away one of my designs, 
  • Please come to me first cus there is a very high chance I will want it back! I love my designs very much...
  • Please don't price gouge, be reasonable
  • Gifts/trades don't add monetary value, only personal art & comms!

YOU MAY:

• Do whatever for the most part, but please note:
  
  • If you make design tweaks, please keep the original image(s)
  • If you add them to a pre-existing species please credit me for the original design if tweaks are made to match said species and of course keep the original design image(s)

YOU MAY NOT:

• Delete my designs from Toyhouse
  • If you are closing your account, please send the character profile to this account and I will place it in the offsite owner section just in case you end up coming back or selling the character to someone who has an account here
• Claim original design / image as your own creation
• Use my artwork to train AI or use it for blockchain-related items (ie. NFTs)
• Erase/cover my watermark / signature
• Use my designs to spread hate (racism, ableism, queerphobia, etc.)

Breaking my TOS will result in an immediate blacklist, and you will be barred from being able to buy/own any of my future adopts.
