- Although she can communicate with far more animals than just insects, they always were here favourites. She never made a secret out of it which led to her being known as The Bug Girl to her childhood friends.
- Bev is very eager about keeping her hair neat and groomed. A short while after starting her journey, however, she decided to cut it, after realizing that she couldn’t properly take care of it – this option seemed to be much better than allowing it to turn anything close to ragged.
Bev grew up as kind of a misfit in her home village inside Omani, often seeing animals and insects as closer friends to her than other Ucalim. She was accepted as a part of the group but still felt a little bit left outside and not really attached to anyone but her closest family.
Although both of her parents didn’t spend their whole lives inside of the forest, Bev never had the intention to do the same – until she found out by accident that she had an older half-sibling: Her mother’s firstborn and a hybrid.
Without even telling her about her plans, Bev decided to fulfil her mother’s wish to be reunited with her other child and went to search for her sibling.
She knew enough of the world outside to decide not to go alone and used the first opportunity to join someone who was on his way out of the forest as well: Another young member of her village who wanted to find his lost cousin.
Bev didn’t tell him why she wanted to leave and only planned to travel with him until she finds a better companion… The cousin he wants to find, is a hybrid as well, maybe she can help?
Travel companion. Annoying youngling. She has to stop him from killing any of her bug friends >(
