A test pilot Pokémon trainer, his existance is known in two timelines; One located in the city of Reborn, and one located in the Anaxi region.

☆ Personality

A curious trainer new to the world. He's interested in learning as much as possible about the world but requires a lot of help to understand things. Despite his treatment in the lab, he is still trusting of most people he meets, which has been put down as a defect in his creation, leading to his label as a failed experiment. Blip is very kind and sweet with others but most people find him suspicious or off-putting. He's also extremely over affectionate.

☆ Story Summary

Reborn Facility Subject: BLIP

Blip was constructed using the technology to resurrect pokémon. Due to the inability to create full humans through this technology, data from a dome fossil was used. Blip was an entirely experimental case, only wishing to test if it would work. He was fostered to a family member of a scientist who was working on these projects and was raised by her. She pushed him to become a trainer due to his close connections to the pokémon he met (possibly caused by his pokémon data). She gave him Author, his rowlet, and sent him off to explore Reborn. While exploring, he got a few pokémon (Dad the shiny male salandit and Junior the kabuto) and met Decibel, who he took to quickly.

Anaxi Subject: #0159 "Blip"

Blip was created by Team Embryo as an insight into the powers of a trainer's connections to their pokémon. Blip was created from an ancient person, who was believed to have held a deep relationship with their pokémon, and possibly possess the ability to speak to pokémon. A surrogate mother had Blip and despite raising him alongside pokémon, he never seemed to possess this ability. He did however grow close to them and develop an extreme level of empathy towards the pokémon he met, causing him to get upset when he saw researchers mistreating pokémon. Blip was given his rowlet. Author, to train him as a trainer through his connection with his pokémon, but he would never fight, or would put himself in danger over letting anything happen to Author. Blip was eventually wrote off as a failure, and was put in suspension with possibility of termination.

☆ Relationships

Decibel [ Boyfriend ] Reborn Universe The pair met in Spinel Town, where Blip had been checking out the local museum and fossil revival equipment. Blip had been staying with the researchers there for a few days, babysitting pokémon while they waited on the return of their trainers. The two travel together on and off.

Author [ Starter Pokémon ] Blip's starter pokémon. Though it plays a gentle sweet souled puff ball, in reality it is much tougher than Blip or any pokémon on the team. Author secretly trains hard in order to protect Blip from the dangers of the world, especially given that Blip's so unsuspecting. In the early days, Author would deliver messages between Blip and his mother, but she was prevented from sending them after a while. Author does it's best to stop Blip from going back to where he came from due to fear of what they might find.
