Gale is a sweet guy, very loving to his friends and easily embarrassed. When he's a teacher, he's funny and likeable and there for the kids, but knows when to put his foot down and not to let them walk all over him. When it comes to being a magical boy, However, Gale is an unstoppable force of fury and death, destroying everything that gets in his path. Gale is still somewhat uncomfortable with his sexuality but is more defensive of himself than cruel to others.

☆ Story Summary
Gale grew up with his single mother. He originally wanted to be a magical boy and went straight to the test before he'd even finished school. However, he was rejected due to his lack of concern, and in some cases outright murder, of the simulated team. Gale tried to fix it, but every time would end up killing one of his teammates. Eventually, he was banned from the test completely due to his actions and he gave up on the dream, deciding to become a teacher instead.
As a teacher, he met Edan through a rocky introduction to his new class. The two eventually started to get along after Gale found him somewhere good and safe to smoke. Gale tended to get worried about Edan due to how often he'd come back to class looking a complete mess no matter where he'd gone, but Edan's responses only ever worried him more. For a while, Edan made a lot of provocative comments to Gale, that Gale ignored, before eventually just admitting to having a crush on his, that Gale rejected. The two stayed in touch regardless and after Edan left school, moved in together.
After many failed attempts at being a magical boy, Edan suddenly approached Gale with the idea to become magical boys illegally, since he knew Gale could still use his powers, and had seen the musket in the closet. Gale thought about it for a while before agreeing to go along with it.

Gale kept a distance from him on that basis for a good while, even when they were living together, but eventually Gale let his own feelings for Edan get the better of him, cuddling on the couch during movies and making homemade hot chocolate. Eventually, after they became magical boys, Gale gave in despite the fact he is still struggling with his sexuality. He loves Edan and is an extremely sappy partner as long as it's in private. |
 Lilli Pent [ Friend?/Rival ]Lilli is a legal magical girl that continually gets assigned to jobs that Edan and Gale hijack. Lilli gets pretty pissed off at them for it, but outside of work she's willing to be more of a friendly rival to them. She doesn't give them away as long as they don't give away her secret. |
