Leane Ha-Jun

General Info:

• Leane Ha-Jun is an OC based on the hidden life of Splatoon 2, specifically that of the Kamabo Incorporation. Her existence within this story is based on the casual yet plot filled life after the events of Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion. She unwillingly works with (Cardinal) Ha-Jun as a scientist for a branch of the Kamabo Incorporation, assisting in the creation and conducting of experiments that prove to be dangerous to the world. She could quit, but she has no choice but not to.

  • Personality: Leane's main personality is caring, assertive, and dependable. Outside of her hours with the Kamabo Incorporation, she works as a nurse at a local hosptial at the outskirts of Inkopolis City, she is usually more caring there, due to her coworkers not wanting to destroy the world. 
  • She tends to have an anxious time learning about new people outside of both occupations, merely spending her time with the two experiments she volunteered to house after certain events. But, if the Kamabo Incorporation is doing something nefarious, she is not afraid to jump in and try to prevent it.

      • Leane's first meeting with Sane could have been under better circumstances. The tests that she conducted in Cardinal's stead was terrifying, leading to undesirable results. Despite the horror she has seen Sane done within and out of the Incorporation, she couldn't help but to feel sorry for her, it wasn't her fault she acted this way. After the events that led to her slow change of heart, Leane made sure that Sane would stay alongside her along with Cave, an experiment she snuck out of Kamabo during Sane's release to the world.

      • Leane's first meeting with Cave could have been under better circumstances. After being told of Cave's negligence to hold up even a singular weapon, and was locked in his room for individual reaction testing, Leane would visit Cave from time to time, noticing the scars and somehow carefree personality he would give to other people, even calling Cardinal his father, and Leane his mother. In order to prevent the future harshness on Cave's body, Leane snuck him out from Kamabo to have him live with her within Inkopolis, freeing him from the suffering he neglected to show.

      • Leane first married who she knew as Christopher Morales (renamed to Christopher Ha-Jun), a couple years prior to the incident at NILS. Christopher's consciousness was swapped out with a human who's body was found inside a tank with some sort of mechanism. The human took over the consciousness of her husband right before her eyes, and she realized just how horrible the homo sapiens were before their extinction. Having no choice but to work under who she came to know as Cardinal in order to protect Christopher's body (and find some way to delete Cardinal's consciousness), she came to hate him for everything he's done, even up to now. But she couldn't hurt him..she couldn't hurt Christopher..
