"We gotta turn up the crazy"
This dude knows how to party. It's his favourite thing in the whole world. You know those college guys who spend all their time throwing parties and being at parties and getting drunk off their butts? Yeah, that's Leviathan. Although, unlike those guys, he does know his limits and knows when it's NOT okay to party. His favourite types of parties are ones with lots of people and lots of lights(glow sticks are his go-to's) He's also a big cuddler and loves hugs and isn't too interested in the ocean. But he loves in-ground pools!

His claws are rounded at the end, so he doesn't scratch things up terribly
Can be drawn in any rave/fuckboy outfit(if drawing in rave, glow sticks would be heavily preferred!)
He's a tall boy(like 6'2)!
For anthro, broad shoulders/buff top of torso is preferred but not required if it doesn't fit your style
