08. Plague

Plague is a war survivor, now living in an apocalyptic ruin as a result. The area he resides in has a high percentage of radioactive materials, the area is in ruin meaning survival is extremely competitive amongst the leftover life forms. Sickness is often rife due to the radioactivity for the area, however Plague himself has not succumbed to any ill effects.

He has an extremely deep and husky voice, with a robotic ring due to his gas mask. Is very chilling in personality, vague, cold and comes off as uncaring. He will do absolutely everything to survive regardless of what that means - in spite of this he will always spare women and children and is regularly seen willing to self sacrifice for them and leave food sources to them.  

Plague has no surviving relatives and no known alliances / friends, is very solitary and often feared due to his intimidating appearance.
