Selling / Trading Designs

• please do not resell a design for more than payed for / or more than 500 points ( off-base ) - 400 points ( on-base ) without any extra commissioned art
• please do not sell a design by me without any extra art obtained in any way ( trade, commed, drawn yourself, etc. - and this does not apply to trading, you may trade or gift a character that does not have any extra art! )
• i ask that you wait at least 3 days before trading a design by me to see if you're connected - if not, you can trade them w/o art, sell them if they have art, or gift them/return them to me either way!
  • if you've been given a design by me from someone else, the rule above still applies!
• please don’t sell my designs for amino coins ( ever ) or money / real currency ( w/o permission )

General Designs

• please don’t post my designs anywhere I don’t have an account ( only scratch / DA / TH with credit linked back to my account on that site - scratch : @.follyawns / DA : finniick / TH : @.follyawns )
• I ask that you don’t trace / heavily reference any of my designs without permission - using a character's palette is completely fine by me as long as the patterns and/or accessories are different!
• never delete my designs or an original design if you redesign it, though you may definitely hide it or put it in a different tab!
• please don’t redesign my designs so much that it isn’t recognizable

Blacklist Terms

• i add people to my blacklist when they don't ( knowingly ) follow my T.O.S. 3 times, if it's an accident and it happens once that's totally alright!
• blacklisted users will not be blocked unless it appears that they are continuing to violate my or others T.O.S.
