AU Nines where she's a cyborg

Also goes by the name C-9S, or Sines for short.

CREATION NOTES

• Was created because I wanted a cyborg character but didn't wanna make a new character (I dislike having many OCs).
  • I also just... really like robot/cyborgs/androids okay. *points at Aigis and Raiden*
• The name Robo-Nines is inspired by the character Robo-Ky.
• Her head design was inspired by Teksta/Tekno Kitty.
  • The two lower lines on her head is meant to resemble like... okay y'know how sometimes an anime robot/cyborg/android character has those lines on their face to show that they're Not Human? yeah that thing.
• The idea for the speaker on her collar came because I figured she'd need to have some way to output audio.
  • also the idea of Nines goin around and annoying people by playing dumb meme music around them was too good to pass up.
