Design Terms of Use
By owning this design, you have agreed to my Terms of Service.
GENERAL
- Designs from CrystalBlackpaws may be altered or redesigned.
- Any artwork provided with the design may not be altered.
- CrystalBlackpaws must still be credited for the original design, even after redesign.
NOT ALLOWED
- Designs may not be used to promote hate speech, including but not limited to: racism, LGBTQA+-phobia, beastiality or pedophilia
- If the design is a animal (ie: not anthro/furry or humanoid) it can not be used for NSFW purposes at all.
- Any designs or artwork by CrystalBlackpaws may never be used for NFTs, Crypto or AI learning.
If you are found using designs or their artwork for any of these purposes, you will be blocked from all future interactions, trades or commissions from CrystalBlackpaws
COMMERCIAL USE
If you intend on using a design for Commercial works, additional fee's may be discussed with CrystalBlackpaws for full rights of the character/design.
