| appearance | Divona is an imposing 6'6 tall, with a curvy figure and few blemishes, and her wavy black hair reaches all the way down to the ground. Her face is severe, with sharp features and sculpted cheekbones, large eyes and dramatic makeup. She has a mole on her nose, and her left eye has hypotrophia- meaning it looks downward, which she usually finds a way to hide. Her horns have two points, and are typically adorned in jewelry. She wears extravagant, revealing and very impractical clothes- her wardrobe is quite large. |
| personality | Divona is self-obsessed and egoistic, she hates nothing more than when things don't go her way. In truth, she honestly believes she is a goddess, making her just as dangerously deluded as many of her followers. It goes without saying that she's incredibly entitled, unempathetic and vicious. She has an immense disconnect from reality due to her environment, but enjoys comfort and luxury, and is mildly curious about how "mortals" live. Though cold and intimidating, she often throws childish temper tantrums, and is blunt and honest to a fault. Most cult leaders are endowed with some kind of charisma- while Divona has a forceful personality, she often finds no reason to lie or charm. Instead, it's just as efficient for her to be brutally honest about almost everything, including her despotic dreams. |
| backstory | Divona has lived in immense comfort, cared for by the remnants of a cult her Ancestor left behind, which only grew as her naturally large presence spread over Alternia. Due to this comfort, she is weaker than one would expect, and sheltered almost completely from normal life. Though she wields her authority without hesitation, many of the cults activities are overseen by her inner circle or her lusus.
GROWING UP Diva hatched in the time of the PINK BOOM, where a highly unusual amount of fuchsias were being produced by the Mother Grub. There were several before her, and many to come, raising her status with each addition. From the Caverns, she was stolen by a Jadeblood harboring belief in the ancient cult of her long dead Ancestor and taken to the sleeping Sekhmet. The Jadeblood would not return to the Caverns, instead pledging their allegiance to the child. Young Divona would select a group of trolls who she called her 'Apostles', and would become the only trolls she trusted. CURRENT As the challenge to eliminate her rivals and the ruling power approaches, Divona gets more and more restless. She finds herself reluctantly attracted to Jangmi Kvarts, and obliviously being slotted into place into the schemes of Woviey and Triana. |
