Ivy Blossom

Overview

Ivy is a bundle of endless energy around other ponies, but it's clear she doesn't know how to handle the responsibilities of adult life very well. Her batpony genetics make her semi-nocturnal. Originally from Ponyville, Ivy Blossom grew up near the Everfree Forest. Rather than studying at a traditional school as a filly, she instead ventured into the forest every day and documented the kinds of plant life she saw. Her trusty notebook is where all this knowledge is stored, and she still uses it to this day when making her homespun medicinal remedies. As an adult, she left her Ponyville cottage behind for a new life in Canterlot - but quickly became overwhelmed with the hustle and bustle of Equestria's capital. Still outgoing and friendly on the outside, she now secludes herself to a small shack where she surrounds herself with her plants. Special talent in gardening, foraging, and plant knowledge! Also interested in cartography, especially mapping forests.
