Griffin's great, great grandfather was an Incubus and because of this, Griffin is naturally more charming because of it. Not that anyone knows this because he's very reserved with pretty much everyone at first.

He's Jewish, but he doesn't really follow the stricter rules. He only wears a kippah to Temple, only goes to Temple once in awhile, mixes dairy and meat, and still does stuff on Saturday. One of his favorite traditions, though, is having Chinese food with Algernon on Christmas as the Mannings have their Christmas party.

He fucking loves cats. Like god damn no one man should love cats this much. He has a cat named Ginger, who was a rescue because he has seizures. He's a foster failure two times over - Gizmo the Siamese cat that's going blind and Patches a cat that has deformed forelegs. He loves rescuing cats that are seen as less desireable to others and has been known to impulse foster "forget me not" cats that struggle to find homes.

He panics when it comes to naming things. The three cats he owns were fine because they all had names given to them. As a result his horse (that he got because all Manning partners get horses) is now named Cat because he panics so much.

His "one allowed celebrity cheat" is Beyonce.

He often does "mail to" food services like Blue Apron and Hello Fresh, mostly because he finds it easier to be able to click a box going "kosher" rather than going "I think this is okay" and it saves him from having to go to the store.
