DESIGN RULES AND TOS:
by purchasing my designs you agree and acknowledge the following:
- DO NOT sell my designs for more than their original price, unless additional art has been added.
- YOU MAY NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE mint my art or designs as nfts.
- you MUST be 18 or older to purchase paypal adopts OR have a parent, guardian, or other person over 18 purchase them on your behalf.
- you may not use designs made by me as inspiration for original species.
- i'd prefer to be notified when making closed species variants of my designs. as long as the design is properly credited to me and a new reference is made, it should be okay! please do not use my preexisting art as a species masterlist image without contacting me first and asking for my permission!
- adopts and designs are NON-REFUNDABLE. anyone who forces a refund will have the design revoked and be blacklisted.

- please DO NOT delete my designs from toyhouse!! if you are transferring ownership to somebody without a toyhouse, let me know and i can grab them an invite code. otherwise i can store them for you. if you delete my designs without reaching out to me first, you may be blacklisted.
