Blanche lived in an apartment in Combeburn. She rented one of her rooms to Raina, who lived there for a few years. Kaylee lived there as well, for a while, right after she ran away from home. Blanche had deeper feelings for Raina for a while, but was too insecure to act upon them and make it official. When Raina's behavior became problematic, it was too much for Blanche. She became more distant and eventually kicked her out of the apartment.
