Xazoli

No longer a Stranger because bad.

Xazoli is a dragon who was formerly a kobold. He is always hungry and feeds on electrical energy. He's gotten into many fights because of this... He is dangerous due to his agility and his ability to shoot lightning from his mouth. Doing so tires him out, though...

Xazoli is fairly approachable in his lair unless provoked or unless you have electrical energy for him to feed on. He enjoys painting but he's really bad at it. His lair, constructed under an old ruin, is a smudgy mess of paint and other colorful materials streaked all over the walls.
