The Kasparov twins are what remains of an attempt by Xalen Foundation R&D to awaken latent post-human DNA from within a subject, specifically in the case of Ryan and Serena, stemming from their Canid ancestry. Thus both of them can change shape into a powerful Canid, gaining significantly increased strength and speed at will.

Ryan tends to be the more laid-back and charming of the pair, letting his lecherous tendencies take a backseat until he feels it's time to make his move. Appearances are deceiving however, as ye is equally lascivious as his aggressive sister, Serena.
