You can:
* Alter the design or character information in any way you want.
* Resell, retrade or gift the design/character to anyone.
You have to:
* Keep the original files.
* Credit me for the design.
* Give the people you resell/trade/gift to the same rights you had. (Meaning e.g. if you have a policy of taking designs away from people because of what they do with them after purchasing, you may not want to buy from me just to make sure.)
You cannot:
* Claim the design was made by you.
* Resell for more than the original price + price of all the art.
