Speck

OK KO fan character. Her name is Speck (short for Spectral). She’s a level -1 villain; she doesn’t commit much of any villainy on her own, but she works as a minion from time to time.

She was raised by villain parents and has never cared enough to go through the effort of switching sides. She’s mostly apathetic about the whole good/evil thing, but sometimes she regrets it, and sometimes she enjoys it.

Most of the time she’s living on her own, not doing much, but when she needs some cash she’ll find villains in need of some extra hands and work for them either temporarily or on certain projects. She mostly works for small/unimportant villains, but she’s participated in a couple big schemes by people like Billiam Milliam.
