(Story upcoming) When she died from childbirth, he was happy to see the child go along with her, snapping from the experience. Now, he puts on a facade whenever he's in social settings, but Dan knows best on what he's truly up to.

Met Alice during his regular visits to the library and tried to keep things cordial, until their frequent meetings built a bit of a friendship; Does not approve of her relationship and is gradually becoming possessive over the girl. He doesn't think much on it, but there's something about her that's setting her apart from the rest.
