About

A relaxed painter who can look easily overwhelmed, but keeps a level head. He always has heavy eyebags around his eyes, no matter how much sleep he gets.

History

The only child of two artists, Ran has always had an interest in the bright and the colorful, even if his personality was much calmer. His parents brought him along on their travels, and he grew up for much of his elementary years on the road, going from one city to another. Eventually, they remembered the importance of giving him consistent contact with his peers, and temporarily settled down for his middle and high school years in a small town. He's rather awkward, but is rather adaptable and clear-minded under fast-moving situations as a result of all his travels. After high school, he attended a university close to home. he gets by by exhibiting his work in galleries and doing the odd guest lecturer gig here or there. currently,

He's doing a residency at his alma mater, and doing a bit of teaching as part of the residency requirement.
