Konner the Choatic

Still somewhat WIP redesign of an adopt!

Konner/Conner(?) is a mobian of unknown species who seems to be imbued with large amounts of chaos energy: During times of extreme emotion this energy leaks out of them causing them to glow brightly. Touching glowing parts of the body causes burns to exposed skin.
Their origin and occupation are unknown, but they are definitely experienced with firearms and used to combat.

Trivia:
The dark outlines and spiked shapes on Konner are themed on Perfect Chaos from the sonic series, and on Godzilla's radioactive powers, as a nod to how chaos energy is sometimes treated like fantasy radioactivity/radiation.
