"Wacky Adventures weren't really my thing, I'm more into Slice of life shorts. But you know what? Some things have to change regardless of Opinion or not."

The year was 1926, The Television was just invented, by
John Logie Baird, and Animation was starting to be more recognized in the 1930s, so Naturally some indie animators were around even as early as that. In this Universe, A 2 third German, 1 third Dutch 15 year old boy "Für Niemanden Verloren" which translates to "Lost for no one" in German, had an idea on how to jump on the animation bandwagon without jumping on the animation bandwagon. So he got out a notebook and made that his portfolio, His main character he named "Dog" and he was modeled after his German Pointer "Würdig" which translates to "Worthy" and his bestie, Cat.

Along with
their other buddiesFoxBirdBearWolfRaccoonSpiderThe Ant TwinsOctopusStarfishClam, and Shark.

The pilot was made in 1938 and 22 year old
Für sent it out to BBC which at the time, was the most popular network, because it was the only big network in the United Kingdom at the time. And so, "A Dog in Town" was made. It was a moderate success, and people loved the characters and their antics. Unlike most cartoons, this took a more slice of life approach unlike the wacky adventures. But the episode plots were relatively self contained. Unfortunately, Dog was the character that got the most attention, so in 1945 during the end of World War II, they did the unspeakable... They killed off Cat which left Dog heartbroken, a dark turn for a normally wholesome show. Episodes would continue to come out, unfortunately traction of it would be less successful as the Duo that was Dog & Cat was no more, Dog being solo was like if you made a PB&J without the Jelly. And thus, The show was cancelled.

However, In 1952 episodes were quietly being made for a modern era, this time
Cat was coming back. Unfortunately... In 1970... something... mysterious happened. The original drawings suddenly came to life, and the Dog 54 year old Für witnessed, was no longer the Dog he originally created, Rather it was the vengeful spirit that was manifested after WWII ended. In an attempt to get rid of it, Für quickly took the drawings and shoved them into an Ash Case and set them ablaze. Destroying it permanently, Locking the ashes in the vault of the old studio he used to own/work for...

Or so
he thought...

Many years later, he was rediscovered by a Japanese man named
Seijō(正常) and used in a recipe sent by a note written by the spirit itself. "Pour me in as the last ingredient." it said at the top of said note. "But Ken, how did he write the note outside the jar" You may be wondering, The answer is that the remains could only manifest into a hand and wrote on a note, the recipe.

The DNA of one's self, Bones, Writing Ink, and anything Dairy. The ingredients were put in, The bones being the skeleton of
Seijō(正常)'s cat, whom later Manifested into Ken. You'll get why he's important later. But he accidently slipped, and 3/4 of the serum was drained into the floor vent, thankfully a quarter was saved, and poured into a Black & White present box, with a Golden Ribbon. Seijō(正常)'s wife, Sūhai(崇拝) opened it, and out came Ken as a kitten that could talk. Normally this would frighten her, but she was amazed at what her husband did. It was like a person, in a cat. The rest of that Serum was driven into a river and Manifested in a forest where the spirit was weak, and was raised by Kage(影).

When Ken turned 10, He was taken to where the abandoned Studio originally was. and was replaced with a school house. But once Ken said goodbye to his parents, the disguise was taken off and Ken was actually in a complex. And he was there for 7 years. After finding out their son was Kidnapped, Both Seijō(正常) and Kage(影) went to save him, Matrix style. 17 year old Ken was saved, but had to be sent away again through a portal to... somewhere I guess. and after hugging them goodbye for the very last time, hopefully not, He went soaring into the portal. The spirit took note of this and Froze Ken's current Time Zone and made preparations.

In between where to send him, The spirit dawned the new name Hat Verloren Hond, which meant "Lost Dog" in both German, and Dutch. and started a family of his own, and created The other 7 members of the Hond Family who had less as traumatizing lives. While that was happening, Hat was discovering his powers and creating possible worlds for Ken to be sent to. When it was finally decided to send him to The earth we know now as TST earth, That world had already developed enough to have it's own lore. And this Reality Bending, Godlike entity was ready to see Ken for the ultimate Dual.
