Backstory/past: Being born into a powerful magic family Amity was expected of so much.. At the age of 6, she love to study magic. Her family believed in her abilities and knew she would become one of the most powerful unicorns. Her parent saw so much potential in her. Her older siblings knew she was a nerd for magic and books, so they teased her for it. Amity's siblings were also great magic users but they didn't care to learn with books and studying, unlike Amity. At the age of 13, Amity was a skilled magic user, she wanted to be able to protect her family, friends, and herself if she ever experimented with some dark magic. She loved the history behind dark magic and wanted to be able to use it for good. At the age of 16, something happened and ruined her relationship with her family. Her parents were furious with her for causing problems and her magic was scaring them. Her siblings worried over her well being. Amity didn't exactly have friends and usually spent her time reading about lore and magic in her room. At the age of 18 Amity was kicked out of her home and expected to find out what to do with her life and keep herself away from harming other ponies. It was at this time that Amity took interest in potion making. Its similar to magic and its different. Her older siblings let her stay at their place for the time being and even found her new hobby strange. They made fun of her for it and even joked about how she could potentially kill them from poisoning them with any liquid she made.
