Kayori used to be the oldest and most powerful person of the group. He lived for millenniums and developped quite an attitude. He was mean, lonely and so so exhausted. Everything was too much. It has been too much for so long. But because, after all, he couldn't help but caring for the people he kept meeting, he couldn't bring himself to leave them. So, instead, he sealed his memories, reseting himself to that state where he was young and unknowing. That's the current Kayori.

The "new" Kayori is obviously kind of similar to his predecessor (bitter and mean personality is a must-have) but also so different. Having the childhood he never had, he tends to be more outspoken and generally happier. He, however, can't control the power his ancien self accumulated, not having the practice for that.

The others sometimes look at him like they'd look at something lost, like they'd look at the old Kayori. He pretends he doesn't notice their attitude but it worries him often. The kid dislikes being compared to his previous self as much as he envies him. He whishes he could be that powerful, he wishes the group'd accept him without looking at him like they saw a ghost, he wishes he could be he's own person.

• His radio is actually super important. It allows him to regulate his power and use it without hurting himsel because it's too strong.
• He owns a really huge Maine Coon named Hyun.
• He's more the "quiet anger" type.
• He plays the cello -or at least tries to-.
• His eyes are mismatched. His left eye is lighter than the right.
