- Characters are not for commercial use unless otherwise stated. If you wish to use one of my designs commercially, please DM me. I may only require my name be present as credit for the design.
- payments through PayPal via ko-fi, failure to pay will result in getting blocked. This includes backing out of bidding for no good reason.
- Small edits or full re-designs are allowed, just keep the original design/image up. You are not allowed to edit my artwork.
- I reserve the right to use artwork I have made for you as reference and use for my portfolios, as well as off-site.
- You are allowed to resell for higher than bought if you put money in to an adopt or your own hard work, even if it was a trade or raffle. Your art and writing has worth, so treat it as such. Do not put value into other people’s art gifts or trades, thank you.
- if you block me after obtaining a design from me, you no longer have rights to that design.
- I do not support in the making of NFT, you are not allowed to use my character designs or art in NFT, period. Nor do I support, or use, AI.
