Antonio Blanco II

Antonio Blanco the Second (Antonio Blanco II), better known as Antonio, is the only son to the Blanco family. On the surface, he seems kind and polite, sweet in every way—the pinnacle of a good and perfect boy. Beneath it all is a venomous personality that exhausts his parents, a dangerous charm that swoons even the immovable Maverick Colton, and an unfathomable hatred for the world.

About

Only those close to him know that boy-next-door Antonio is a little brat. Beneath his well-behaved and sweet, courteous front is a bitch—his excessive indulgence in sports cars, expensive hobbies, and making his parents' life living hell seems to be the only thing that appeases him. His persuasive nature and ability to charm just about anyone lets him get away with it. He has no interest in what his parents have in store for him; the only thing that he seems to be fond of is playing tennis in his daddy's backyard, exhausting his butler as his tennis partner, whom Antonio makes very, very good use of. Funnily enough, the real last straw for his family when he announced that he was gay—mental gymnastics convinced his parents that engaging him to Teddy Carter, a family friend twenty-five years his junior, would tame his personality, if not his sexuality. Funnily enough, Antonio treats it like an exciting fling; Teddy's nothing more but a beneficiary of cash, and it's to his parents' despair that Teddy spoils him far too often.

He knows he's evil—and he has no intentions to change. His spite for everyone and everything has no backing to it. Antonio intends to live as fast as possible—which may explain his piling speeding tickets and cocaine habits—and he has no interest in inheriting his family's empire, nor living past the age of 20. But while he's here, why not have a little fun? Especially with his newly acquired boytoy Maverick Colton, who has been banished to his household for defiant behaviour...

Personality

Antonio can't be controlled—not by anyone, or anything. His soft-spoken voice makes it hard to defy him—and considering his parents don't have any backbone to discipline him, Antonio gets away with a lot of things. He's not violent; just venomous. The way he cries makes it exceedingly difficult to properly be mad at him—knowing that it's all just crocodile doesn't make it any easier, because he weeps like a kicked puppy.

His personality doesn't match his mannerisms, either. He has perfect table manners, says his pleases and thank-yous—even if he's trying to manipulate someone. He has a good knack of prying secrets out of people... perhaps it's the reason why his father's afraid of disciplining him, because Antonio knows that leaking his love affairs would make the empire fall apart. He treats his love interest like toys—if it serves no purpose for him, he would abandon it.

Appearance

Antonio's quite rosy-skinned, and has light ash-blonde hair, with full lips. Two strands sit by the sides of his face, accompanied by small braids at the back. He often wears polo shirts and shorts—he's always ready for tennis. He has a slim and lean build, slightly soft at his upper limbs. He has a prominent Adam's apple—he looks like someone you'd find in a perfume commercial. He's probably been in several, actually.

To others, he seems quite a nice and polite boy—to his "playthings", he's described as a vixen. He's dangerously persuasive either way.

Relationships

Maverick Colton
Ah, yes—Antonio's favourite toy to play with. Maverick's so interesting to Antonio because Maverick's not smitten by him—it's his defiance that makes him oh-so irresistible, not to mention the fact that behind all that bark and bite, Maverick's weak at the knees for him. Neither of them want to admit that they're quite similar in almost every aspect; Antonio's quite content to continue to treat Maverick like his personal butler.

Teddy Carter 
Antonio's fiancé, twenty-five years his senior, a tycoon with an empire of his own. Teddy visits Antonio on weekends, until he's "mature" enough to get married. Despite being engaged, Teddy's not too concerned with Antonio having boyfriends. He thinks Antonio's quite the ticklish charm, and is far too happy to spend money on the young boy—to his father's chagrin. Teddy seems to be the only person Antonio tolerates—probably because he gives him copious amounts of money. Teddy is his father's business partner. Antonio treats him like a sugar daddy more than anything.

Trivia

• He has thirty cars. It would have been thirty-five if he hadn't crashed five of them. On that note, he loves to drive—if he's going somewhere by himself, he doesn't like having a chauffeur.
• His wardrobe is the size of a house. He only wears about five pairs of clothing. Most are limited-edition stuff from the runways—he doesn't really like wearing them, but likes collecting them for "cultural reasons".
• Antonio loves tennis and golf—in fact, this is probably about the only time he behaves sensibly, so his parents encourage him on this hobby so he can "get out" of the house while they handle business affairs. He likes tennis more, and has a whole court just for himself. He gets mad when somebody else uses the court, unless he has specifically invited them to play, like his butler.
  
• He likes ordering people around just to annoy them, even if he can do it himself. This creates a lot of misconceptions, e.g. for a long time, the household servants thought he couldn't tie his shoes.
  
• He's a very picky eater. His food is prepared differently than if it was served to his parents. In fact, he has his own menu, that he roasts and picks apart quite often.
  

Meta/Design

• His polo shirt is Tommy Hilfiger. It's actually tailored to his measurements. So do many of his clothes.
• His braids are not visible when you see his hair from the back.
