Intro
Aokigahara was a forest goddess Named Shinrin (森林) she was known as the most beautiful person who lived in the forest,her duty was it to take care of the plants and flowers and let the forest grow in its own beauty,she loved the kids who came to play in the forest,she could watch them play all day long. She grew a lot of herbs in the forest which should help people to heal and let them smile again she even let flowers grow and shine so people would be happy to them everytime they visited the forest!. But her love for the humanity vanished from time to time.She was saved by Guraijin so she won't turn into a demon. Now she is a Yurei keeping souls

Aokigahara’s personality changed after turning into the lost maiden. Before that, she was the sweetest and most loved person in town, although she never left the forest people visited her and brought her sacrifices and gifts since she was a high priest who takes care of the forest. Her personality was soft and caring, even her smile warmed up souls and it is known that she had the most beautiful voice ever..
After turning into Aokigahara her being changed a lot, she was still beautiful but yet evil and most of the time sad. She became careless against Humans and she rather absorb their souls instead of keeping them pure. Aoki also tends to be more aggressive after changing. Her voice also changed and lost its softness, now she uses her voice to attract people so she could kill them without hesitation. People now fear her and she is tied up to earth, she has no right to leave and still keeps taking care of the forest.

𝑺𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒓𝒊𝒏 (森林)
Shinrin was a goddess with soft long lilac hair, her eyes shined so bright like a sapphire stone. Her beauty was known all over the land and some visited the forest just to see her grace for one time. Shinrin had the ability to keep the forest healthy and full of plants. The herbs were meant for the villagers who often visited her in order to treat their sickness and wounds. Some nights she played on her Sanshin for those who kept her company and served them herbal tea. Her movements were soft and not too quick. Her voice itself was already calming. The villagers always walked carefully around so non of her flowers or plants would break.
♦ The Forest
The forest contains thousands of different plants. Some were brought from Ihtil and Susaya. They could grow without wittering because a goddess was taking care of them. Herbs are growing very well along with the different types of flowers. The forest also has a variety of ponds with Koi fishes or small gold fishes, after the sad tragedy and change of Shinrin they turned into swimming skeletons or highly toxic black koi fishes. The forest ground is almost as same as the ground in Ithil, it is full of nutrients and healthy vitamins. The forest absorbed the daylight to grow healthy with the help of Shinrin. The forest itself has used to smell like fresh rain and sweet flowers.
Later on, as Shinrin turned into a Yurei the forest also began to change, as described, Koi fishes turned into swimming skeletons with some other toxic traits and the forest created a toxic mist due to Shinrins changing aura. The Threes also stopped absorbing daylight since it wasn’t needed anymore. Bushes with thorns grew on the parts where sunlight would shine trough and the forest became a toxic and dark habitat.Also spiderlilies grew out of the places were the dead occured.Most of the plants turned dark and toxic or changed it's color, yet some trees remain green but with poison in their leafes.

♦ Sadness and Sorrow
Shinrin never left the forest so she wasn’t aware of what was happening outside over time. But some things changed. Shinrin started to realize that children didn’t visit her forest like they used to do. Instead after a while, some Samurai came into the forest not to visit the beautiful goddess who lived there but to drink their Sake in secret. Because it was not allowed for a Samurai to drink on duty. They would drink and let everything they brought on the ground and leave without taking care of the flowers or plants. Their heavy shoes broke those elegant flowers down. She got sad and cleaned up the mess they left behind but yet she didn’t think much of it. None of the villagers came to visit her anymore and she started to feel alone, not loved, and cold. Over time it happened again. Some Samurai approached the forest and went inside with a woman in their captivity. Shinrin was scared to get closer to them and just hid herself to keep a closer eye on them. That was her biggest mistake, she shouldn’t have, but how should Shinrin have known, the goddess never saw anything bad in her whole existence. The woman got raped. Shinrin couldn’t believe her eyes and tears came out of her eyes for the first time. As the Samurai left, the woman hung herself with a Shimenawa she found around a tree. Her neck broke and she died immediately. The blood from her wounds dripped to the ground. Shinrin saw how her soul went out of the dead body. She felt the sadness and anger in it and she knew that it was not possible to let a mad soul roam around the forest. She slowly approached it and absorbed it inside of her not knowing what would happen.
More and more came to her forest to commit suicide or any crime which should stay secret. Shinrin lost control over her own forest and she couldn’t stop those with bad intentions. Literally, she just could watch those people dying and then absorb their mad souls inside of her, so they won’t turn into lost souls. That act cursed her pure being turning her into something evil. Her beautiful hair began to fade and her shiny eyes turned slowly black with a white ring as pupils. She lost her emotions due to the time and her own soul got fed up with sadness and sorrow. Shinrin was no longer alive inside. Yet the crimes didn’t stop and it was a whole massacre in the once beautiful forest.
Shinrin knew that she was defeated and she no longer tried to stop it. She let herself go and her inside turned out. She was definitely lost in her own being and so fed up with evil. Her senses could not sort out evil and good and she started to attract the humans on purpose so she could devour their souls.
Guraijin found her laying beside a pond with her legs in the water and white koi fishes around her. Spider lilies grew around her and her body was weak. She now represents death. Shinrin begged her to kill her and make this an end, because the souls inside of her would tortue her soul. The Moon couldn’t let her go like that, because she knew that Shinrin would be a good use for her, so she allowed her lost soul to turn into a Yurei and named her Aokigahara. At the same moment, Guraijin left and the forest remained silent for a few days. No one went inside or committed a crime. No one did anything bad. Aokigahara woke up from her long sleep and felt a huge strength. She was stronger than before and could hear everything more clearly. Now she still seeks revenge and attracts people to come to her forest and commit suicide. She would even plant sweet-smelling flowers from Kayda to charm visitors and then murder them. The air in the forest also became very thick and numbing to the senses. Those who enter won’t step out alive. Nothing would undo what humanity has done to her, she is now trapped in her own evil and darkness. Slowly by the time she forgot who she was in the past and continued to live in her forest alone in sorrow, anger, and loneliness.
Aokigahara forest/Temple
The forest contains a huge temple home for Aokigahara. She lived there as Shinrin and still uses it as her own Home. The way to the temple is marked down with small lanterns on the side and a few Torii gates. All in one the temple is really big and decorated with Furins which were gifts from the villagers back then. The forest also has a small lake in the middle but is not reachable for any Human even when Aokigahara wasn’t a Yurei yet. She knew that the lake also contained holy water from the water god Korsu and she wanted to leave it as pure as it is.She has no other home and always stays in her forest. Also, she has never been to Ithil or Susaya. It is forbidden for her to enter any Island since her being could destroy the peace or the given balance.
Kami Love interest (?)
Kami the unknown god is one of Aokigaharas interests, he is a cursed being formed from Korsus curse. He tents to forget everyone he mets but he didn't forget Aokigahara. Even if Aokigahara cannot feel any emotion of love she still knows something in her needs and wants him.
Lorelia Friend
Lorelia is paying aokiagara alot of visits. She brings her small gifts and stays for hours to give this lonely girl a company. Aokigahara knows that she is only staying for her because she cannot leave the forest. Their bond as friends grew tight by time.
Guraijin respected person
Aokigahara adored The Moon goddess when she was Shinrin and still does. She was the one who ''saved'' her from the death. Guraijin visits her most of the time at night and sometimes even with Lorelia. Her respect to Guraijin is immense.
Euphemia Friend
Euphemia is her best friend, she sees her as someone who likes to give her attention. She is the one who collecting the small herbs and sometimes souls to bring them to Ihtil. Sadly euphemia cannot stay long in the forest because she is a weak being.
Korsu ♦
Korsu is the water god and lives in SuTokka, yet his holy water also reached her forest and the reason for it is unknown. She knows that also he has lived through a tragedy with his long waited loved one. She never met him in person but knows alot of him.
Kayda ♦
Kayda is the wife of Korsu, she sends aokigahara new plants and small seeds to let them grow in her forest. Aokigahara also hasn't meet kayda yet. But she knows that she is a noble cat.
Unknown Yokai ♦
Sometimes Yokai would pass the forest of Aokigahara, they would not harm her or anyting. They also don't talk as their eyes don't see and ears don't hear. But they can sense a high presence of someone demonic in the forest. Aokigahara lets them pass because these yokai give no harm.
Kawa Tengu ♦
He is just someone whos home along riverbanks and lakesides in eastern Japan. They look like other tengu–vaguely birdlike, with dark feathers. They usually remain invisible to humans, but are sometimes spotted on cloudy or rainy days wearing beautiful kimono and carrying umbrellas.
