Butch Crowe

An Autistic drummer from Greater Sydney, Butch loves anything and everything drumming. Contrary to his scary looks, he is very approachable, and though he is almost always nonverbal, he is an extremely loving and gentle soul who will listen to and support his friends through thick and thin.

✦ Appearance

Butch is a tall man with heterochromatic eyes (the right one being brown, left one blue), a series of facial piercings; snakebites, bridge piercing and eyebrow piercing in his left. He also has a scar from a ripped out septum piercing. 6'5, Butch towers over most people and wears majority black, sticking to a crust punk aesthetic. 

Butch grew up on the Central Coast of New South Wales, in a small town between Point Clare and Gosford. by a single, emotionally abusive mother who had told him his father hated him. Attending a prestigious all boys school, he quickly realised his attraction to the same sex, and came out to his best friend of six years at 12, receiving his support. The best friend - at the time known as Armaan, now going by Aisha - had confessed his feelings to Butch when the two were fourteen, but moved down to the city almost immediately after. Butch had lost contact with his only friend, and got kicked out of home at fifteen by his mother, spending his first month at an abandoned summer home in Wondabyne. After this, he had moved down to Sydney so he could steal quicker and not be caught as easy, catching the attention of an underground fighting group's manager after winning a streetfight.

At 16, the manager had them under his wing and began grooming him, making sexual advances on him. Butch bore it because he needed somewhere to stay, and got somewhat desensitised, until he met a father figure in a man called Xavier who adopted him and treated him like his own son after Butch saved his life instead of escaping from the cops. Xavier passed away when Butch was 20 from a heart attack that would have been prevented if Butch didn't stay late the night before preparing for a match - his last underground match, as he'd almost killed his opponent who ripped his septum piercing out - Alex - out of blind rage for mocking Xavier's death. After this, he reconnected with Armaan, and started dating him, supporting Armaan's transition to Aisha every step of the way, cutting things off because both had lost interest. 

At 25, they met Misao, Perry and Jake, forming a band called 4bsolution.
