Real name is Llywelyn (pronounced like low-el-in), but lowell is a romanized nickname uwu Born from the corruption that seeped into the water and given a physical form when that water got purified by Winona. Mimics the form of Lloyd for a physical body, which is that of a man. Otherwise, has no physical form. Can be refered to as he or they, and is considered Lloyd's younger twin brother and uncle to Lloyd's kids/family. Very antisocial and shy, only reveals himself to people whom he trusts a lot or Lloyd trusts.
