Summary

Selene has always known the village in the mountains and her uncle's tea shop, both helping him tend to his clientele's taste for finely-steeped teas, both by steeping it properly for attentive customers or collecting herbs further up the mountain. Her life has been nothing but serene and quiet, waiting for the next sunrise to start the same day again. Living up this high has been her whole life, and she couldn't ask for anything more, enjoying to sneak out for a short walk under the light of the full moon, or go hiking up to the tallest peak close to home during the day. Nature really was in her blood, and she was happy all on her lonesome, with just her uncle for company - almost. When a mysterious figure crashes into the peaks she calls home on one of her hikes to collect herbs, Selene has no choice but to take the injured stranger home, bringing her back to her uncle's residence and tending her with what herbs they had. Being around the same age, Selene hits it off with the stranger when she recovers - a brave but ditzy princess from a distant land - and they become close friends, sharing tales from each other's lives from favourite teas to short adventures in caverns and palaces alike. But she can't help but wonder: what if there's more to her life than her quaint mountain village?
