| Originally a pokémon trainer with a very successful team. However, he gave it up due to some complications in the family. His elder sister had been dating a man for a few years and he was starting to seem like he wanted to leave her so she got pregnant to keep him with her. It didn't work and he broke up with her anyway, saying if she didn't want the kid, she can get an abortion, cause he wasn't interested. Regardless, she carried to term and had her kid but clearly wasn't that interested in looking after them. Eventually, it reached abusive levels of neglect and Spitzmaus quit his job as a trainer to gain custody of the child and raise them. He was successful and raised Lapis on his own, not really dating till she was an adult. After Lapis moved out and joined the military, with the potential to become a gym leader in Anaxi, Spitzmaus got into a more serious relationship with Frettchen and they eventually got engaged. Kanarien approached Spitzmaus during this time and offered him a job due to his strong voice and energy being good for her radio station, as well as his political views. Spitzmaus was on board immediately and dragged Frettchen in. Spitzmaus chose the codename theme for the group. He thought it was funny that people would refer to rich people and politicians as "fat cats" and concluded that fat cats don't catch prey, so if we're prey we're not getting caught. Spitzmaus took his name because of his spiked hair and somewhat long nose. | |
