Background

Robin was born in a normal family setting. An only child to honest parents who made their living in the City of Ink. Robin was on the smaller side for most of his childhood. That didn't matter much until he got his glasses. When he was a little older it was discovered that he was far sighted. Everything was crystal clear far away but were mush a few feet from his face. Robin didn't care for them. They felt itchy on his face and he felt a little embarrassed with them on. The lenses were much too big for his face and he felt like a strange bug. While his friends didn't pick on him for it, he was always self conscience.

Robin took his self image to a different height. If he was going to have glasses, he was going to be the coolest one he could be. He was awkward at first but soon they grew and the glasses just became an accessory to his face.

Robin went to the city's major school and learned everything it had to offer. He was high in his class rankings but kept his profile low. He was well liked by many but he also had an intense vibe behind him.  It was during this time Robin also grew a little bored of his situation. It was deep in his sub-conscience but the seeds were sown.

Robin join an after school sparing group. It was here he found pleasure in his fire aspect. He rarely used it for anything meaningful or often so it was a rush to try and use it for combat. He struggled a little at first but like everything he soon took it in strides. His serious face and stern concentration gave him a reputation of being ruthless. It felt good to release everything. He had almost an evil smile that was only seen when he was fighting. Sparing was scratching his unknown bored side but the club soon came to an end when he graduated.

After school, Robin took a standard butler/secretary job from the major of Ink Town. He was very good at his job getting tasks done to the tone of whoever hired him. The job soon became routine and the nagging thought of boredom surfaced to him. He retired as a butler to explore more of his home town.

Robin joined expedition squads. The catacombs were changing and they needed to be checked. Robin, a skilled fire aspect was helpful on the explorations. He lit tunnels and expelled fires. He was happy to be using his aspect again. He had a quite and intelligent demeanor with a cheery undertone. He went along with most things and was the perfect helper.

Not long after talk of visitors from outside The City were swirling. Outsiders were rarely allowed inside the city. A festival was to be held in the city and the prospects of travelers made the city buzz with excitement. Portals opened and travelers poured in from CandleTown.

Robin observed and mingled. The outside sounded more and more appealing. At the end of the festival Robin said his goodbyes and made his way to the portal. His excitement matched that of his first day of sparing.

The Greater Seas - To the Orphanage

Outside Robin went about the task of finding employment. He took many odd jobs as he traveled around. Soon he found the Orphanage of Enigma. Browlets rampaged but it seemed like controlled chaos. There was something amusing about the whole setup.

Suddenly a browlet zoomed overhead in a firery blaze. Quickly, Robin rerooted the browlet in a circle above him. Noticing that their fire was being controlled the browlet fought back. With some difficulty, Robin managed to guide the rocket to his hands. Trying to control a browlet was something else. It was not like sparing this little ball was trying EVERYTHING to be free, even lighting themself on fire. Robin had no clue what to do with the toddler once he had them. Seeing no supervisor he decided to make his way to the building. Robin very nearly got a face full of door as a a few browlets charged through the entry way. Robin watched on amused and slightly bewlidered "Hello? Is anyone home?" the browlet now shrieking at the top of their lungs.
