Design Terms of Use
This Terms of Service is active as of: 7/14/20
By purchasing any of my designs, you are confirming that you agree to the terms below. Failure to obey these rules may result in a ban from commissioning me or owning my designs, and/or account blocking.
These terms are subject to change.

Design Usage
- You can not claim any designs I've made as your own creation.
- If you edit my designs, the finished product should resemble the original.
- Don't use my designs until you're completely done paying for them. If you're doing a payment plan or trading art for the design, you must complete the payment plan and/or finish all the art before uploading them on Toyhouse, drawing them yourself, buying art of them from others, using any art they already have, or claiming full ownership.
- In the event of rehoming a design, you cannot sell the design for more than you originally paid for it unless there's extra art. You are allowed to add your own art's worth to the character within reason, but art that you recieved in art trades and/or as a gift do not add any worth to the character.
- If you never finished paying for a design despite repeatedly being asked about payment, I reserve the right to refund you and take back my design.
- Do not steal, heavily reference, colorpick, or copy any of my designs.

Blacklist
If somebody's username is on this list, it means they're not allowed to order commissions from me and/or buy any of my designs. If they already own designs by me they are allowed to keep them, but designs may not be given, traded, or sold to them. Anybody caught giving a blacklisted user ownership of my designs will also be added to the blacklist.

Repeatedly offering on designs but never finishing payment, even after promising to work on the art multiple times. When last asked by a friend via Discord about some of the art they owed, they promised to finish it in 3-4 days and then deactivated their account days later.
