the librarian of the akashic records, a library said to be in the heart of the astral realm. seemingly emotionless and apathetic to anything that's not the library, she actually yearns to see what's outside the library's walls. strict, serious, and a stickler for the rules. weapon is a magic staff(?). can pause time for short bursts, allowing her to plan out her next few moves more efficiently (think the combat from transistor)
