Endercat is, as made obvious by the name, part Enderman, part cat. Their creation is truly a question for the ages, and not one that will be answered anytime soon; they don't find it very important, after all. What matters to them is being underground and having a good time-- they're the mining mole, after all, that's what their friends expect!
They tend to home with someone else rather than making or managing their own home, finding it easier to offer their services in return for a roof over their head. That being said, they're usually underground anyways, mapping out the caverns or looking for materials. Inventory management is frustrating but also a favorite of theirs, especially when it comes to making sure they have everything they need for a long trip.
They're easily scared by monsters, often going to a strategic extent when it comes to killing zombies shambling after them, though it of course doesn't stop them when they're exploring. They enjoy a bow more than a crossbow, but they'll have at least one long ranged weapon on them with their sword. Ideally, on both, they'll get a fire enchant on both of them, being a fan of lasting damage.
Unsurprisingly for their origins, they don't like water one bit, with Depth Strider on their shoes so they can get through faster. They emit glowing particles like an Enderman, but they don't have the ability to actually teleport. They do have the ability to unhinge their jaw and scream, mouth either appearing like it's ripped open a la horror movie or just sharp teeth and fangs. Typically, they keep their mouth covered, embarrassed by it.
They're a friendly, simple person, enjoying the small things and hanging out with their friends. Shiny things catch their attention, and they'll sleep anywhere it's dark.
