Hai!! Hope you don’t mind me commenting on this!! Just wanted to ask who made that animated icon !! <33
Blush on cheeks is not optional - it is a marking!
Cheeks have small freckles
Red 'eyeliner'-like marking around her eyes is fairly thin, and not optional! She has a red dot marking under each of her eyes (on her cheeks).
In anthro form, her hair can be drawn as either brown, white, or split black/red (as shown on her ref), but in feral form, please only use the white hair color!
Her ears are have rounded tips (not pointy), and her snout is fairly small/short.
Miao is a small white tiger! Despite her small size, she thinks she is big and scary, and is pretty mischevious. She has trouble controlling her impulses, causing her to be very reckless. She is very excitable, but can easily get hurt or upset, although she does her best not to show it. Miao cares a lot for her friends and especially cherishes the 'little things'. Miao loves going outdoors, but is sometimes lazy so she tends to spend more time than she would like indoors. She likes plants (especially monstera), but doesn't do a good job taking care of them, since she is quite forgetful. She collects bear plushies, comics, and cute trinkets such as jewelry, pins, and stickers. Miao loves iced coffee and ANY red flavoured candy (especially lollipops). She dyes her hair often and frequently changes her aesthetic.
dude everytime you commission something physical of your characters I lose my mind and get SO MUCH motivation to do something myself TOT!!
Miao is a loud and bubbly tiger-mix! She is very mischevious and loves pulling pranks. Miao thinks she is big and scary! She has trouble controlling her impulses, causing her to be very reckless. One thing she hates is waiting. She is very impatient! Miao loves plants, especially monstera. She collects bear plushies, comics and jewelry. Miao loves iced coffee and red flavoured candy! Especially lollipops. She dyes her hair often and often changes her aesthetic. Miao really likes marvel movies as well!

what the fuck ing hell HOW
do you have any kinda like
speedpaint of it or smth
holy FUCK
OKI so.. i took an old furreal friend toy which i ordered off ebay , n i basically refurbished it.. so
for the body:
i took off the toys fur (had lots of markings on it which didn’t match) and replaced it with new fur (ivory fur for the body - which i got from the most unexpected place, the dollar store sells santa hats and there was ones with surprisingly soft fur which was the right color and length, and didn’t fall apart when i cut it, it’s characteristics were basically the same as the original fur on the toy… so i just cut up a bunch of santa hats 😈)
i paid attention to the shapes of body and limbs and stuff, direction of fur, had to make sure to leave access to the battery compartment and the on/off switch, and once i fit it all on and cut it into pieces i sewed/hot glued the fur (depending on where i was attatching it sewing didn’t always work and glue was easier, or vice versa), and yea!
then for her markings on the body i used the brush tip of a copic marker to brush the color into the layers of fur (was kindof difficult, but turned out pretty good, only thing is that if the fur moves around, so do the markings , so i have to brush them out to look oki)
then, for the tail i took some of my white santa fur (rectangle shape to go on the upper side of the tail) and used my copic marker so i can match the shade to her markings , and just colored the fur.. it was a huge mess and the marker died from it (even tho it was brand new) , and i left that to dry while i cut out the same size rectangle for the red underside (from the red part of the santa hats lmaoo) .. i kept the original fur of the toy on the tail bc i wanted miao’s tail to be thicker , and just glued the red rectangle into place, starting at the base of the tail, letting the glue harden so that it’s a steady hold, and then bit by bit gluing upwards to make sure it’s all properly aligned - i did the same with the brown fur once it dried and then just added some white fur at the tip :3
for the face (probs hardest part) the fur of the toy was hard to remove without kinda messing up the face so i kept it on and had to really carefully cut out the right size pieces and attatch em.. was hard to get it symmetrical but i looked at how it was sewn to the toy and followed that general pattern.. i glued it all to her face without covering her eyes or mouth, and then once it dried i drew on her markings, as well as thickened the black around the eye so that the fur underneath from the original toy looked more natural and it became more seamless.. for the ears, i kept the original fur on and didn’t add new fur anywhere, since miaos ears are basically dark brown/black, i figured it would be easier to leave them, and instead i colored the inner ear with a peachy pink copic (RIP to all the markers i destroyed)
i made a bandana out of some spare red fabric along with adding a cute collar just to make her look less bare and help bring the character more to life , i think i covered pretty much everything BUT the most important thing during the whole process which i had to take in mind is:
once the toy is on, the legs MOVE, so if the fur i put there is too tightly attached, or if i use too big of a piece, it will restrict movement.. i had to test the movement of the toys joints after each added piece of fur around the legs bc of this .. when i first started i didn’t take it into account and put the fur really tightly on her and there was some weird overlap between her legs and body so she could barely move.. whole thing was stiff so i had to restart and keep that in mind 4 the rest
I HOPE THIS WASNT TOO LONG OR BORING TO READ N THAT ITS HELPFUL i’ve never made any physical item which isn’t a badge so this was a huge learning experience n i hope what i shared was interestin :3
