Personality:

Picket is a rather restless Pokemon, and he always seems to be moving and is speaking almost constantly. He hardly ever sleeps, and when he does it only leaves him more tired than before. Around other Pokemon he is kind and helpful, but many while find it emotionally draining just being around him.

Backstory:

As a child, Picket was considered by most to be the "problem child" of his family. He was pleasant enough, sure, but nobody could take their eyes off of him even for a moment without him getting in some kind of trouble. In school, Picket would often break school supplies, whether just by his large size in comparison or rowdy behavior.

Despite this, life moved rather well for him. For the most part, his grades were good and he participated in plenty of afterschool clubs. He had plenty of friends, but none of them were terribly close to him. Despite this, or perhaps because of it, Picket took interested in nurturing and helping others. Both to the excitement and exasperation of his parents, Picket began saving up money in his later teens to make a sort of shelter for those who needed it.

Despite constant egging from his parents to at the very least get some higher education in order to have a better shot for a decent job. He had a lot of money saved after all, wouldn't it be better to use some of it to better his chance of having a stable job? He ignored them in the end, spending almost all of his money saved to make the Sun Line Shelter.

After that, things went somewhat downhill. Despite the large amount of Pokemon wandering without homes, many still chose to continue living the same way for one reason or another. Donations were somewhat scarce, and he often had to take temporary night shifts at different jobs just to afford to feed himself.

Despite this, he is happy. After all, his dream to help as many as he can is being fulfilled every day, and that's the only thing that really matters. So long as everyone else is happy, so is he!

Other

  • He's the shortest of his family but considering they're all Zacian hybrids that doesn't say much
