   DESIGN TOS   
> All designs are A-OK for commercial use! Just ask me beforehand! <
[ If it's a Pokemon Gijinka feel free to disconnect it from Pokemon! I try to make my gijinkas so that they can also be stand alone ocs! ]
[ Also, the design is alright for commercial use, NOT my artwork of the design! ]

>>These rules also usually do not apply to Closed Species designs, as they hold different TOS for commercial means!
But if you ever want to void a CS design I've made, please DM me to make sure it's chill!
I'm sooo lax about CS designs of mine being voided, but would like to know it's happening!



> Don't sell designs for more than you paid for them unless there's commissioned / personal art! <
> don't sell designs you didn't buy! ( without commissioned / personal art again! ) <

> If you got a design of mine for free I'd prefer you gift them in the case of trading unless they have extra art from either yourself or commissions! <
 [ AKA. gifted designs with no extra art should be gifted instead of traded! ]

> I can hold a flatsale design for you if asked, but if I've held a design for you and you don't get back to me, we'll have to have a few good interactions afterwards for a hold to take place in the future! <
If you have to cancel, I'll be more chill about it as long as you let me know what's up and not completely go radio silent!
I will not hold something for a week+ unless I've worked with you in the past and/or I trust you! 3 days is my maximum! Realistically I'd prefer 1-2 days.

> If you want to edit the original art of a design I've made consult me first! I usually don't particularly enjoy my art being edited! <
[ Feel free to edit / redesign the design, though! Just let me know if you're looking to edit the original artwork of it! ]




> Do not use any of my designs for IRL hate speech ( racism, hate against LGBT, nazism, ect. ) <
> My designs are also not to be used for anything related to Pedophilia or Incest. <
[ If you go against either of these rules you will be blacklisted immediately with no warning ]

> If you're on my blacklist and had designs of mine beforehand, I won't shake you out of giving them up,
but I will refuse service with you further and anyone I find trading designs to you knowing you're blacklisted will be blacklisted as well. <


> Regarding the blacklist, I can blacklist you for any reason I see fit ( but don't often do unless it's serious ), the thing that will definitely get you Blacklisted is going against my TOS! 
Depending on the rule I might warn you first, but don't take that as an excuse to break a rule on purpose. <

> If you've blocked me, I will most likely reciprocate that block and consider you on my blacklist. <
I'm more open to discuss unblocking + unblacklisting for this reason alone if you can get into contact with me again, but it really depends! 
I'm not mad at people for blocking me, I just like to know where my designs are and can't tell if there's a block so it's a lil uncomfy! ^^
I don't feel like adding users like this to my blacklist anymore, but I'm also assuming they wouldn't want my designs anyways? if you block me please don't trade for any of my designs.

These users are always visible here and on Toyhouse's Global Rules tab on Toyhouse for my designs. 
There's little to no excuse for not knowing I don't want my designs traded to these users. 

!!! With most blacklisted users it's a personal issue that went unresolved / left a bad taste! Some are much more serious.
 But I only list these names as not to have my designs traded to them, not for attacking purposes of ANY sort. !!!

currently I'm uncomfortable sharing why I have particular users blacklisted, 
but, I've added vague reasons!
