Though she once planned to kill Cedar, she grew to genuinely regard him as a friend. These feelings tempted her to abandon her mission and stay in Cedar's time. She decided not to kill him, but she couldn't afford to stay with him.
He revered Tanglepromise for much of his life, but his current emotions toward her are very conflicted. He feels betrayed and hurt. As a StarClan spirit, he does his best to mitigate the damage she does to the timeline, but he never reaches out to her for fear of what she truly thinks of him.

She believes Skyshard could be useful in the future, but their confrontation has led her to rethink some of her past actions.
