・You must be above the age of 18-years to commission me.
・I reserve the right to cancel commissions for any reason at any given time.
・Commissions will be completed exclusively in my style. I will not mimic the style of another artist.
・Average turn around time is 1-2 weeks. I will not take more than 3-4 months at the absolute most.
・Work-in-progress checks of your commission can be requested at any time.
・You will be notified about unexpected delays or emergencies. If you have not heard from me in roughly 1-2 weeks, feel free to send me a message. Do not spam or harass me.
・I retain full rights to the artwork unless otherwise discussed.
・With exceptions, I retain the right to post the finished work for self-promotion with appropriate credit to the owner.
・You may edit your commission for banners, icons, etc. Do not directly edit my artwork.
・You are allowed to use your commission for personal use. I do not permit commercial use of my artwork unless we have agreed otherwise.
・Any form without a visual reference will be charged as a custom design.
・I do not offer PSD files. All commissions will be delivered in PNG format.
・Repeated failure of paying invoices on time without notifying me of a reason will get you blacklisted.
DESIGNS & ADOPTABLES
・Do not edit over my artwork.
・Aesthetic changes to a design is permitted. I do not condone extreme edits where the design becomes unrecognizable from the original.
・If uploaded to ToyHouse, please credit me (@ ghostsvn)!
・Do not resell for more than the base price. Worth of commissions and additional artwork can be added. Feel free to check in with me if you have concerns or questions.
・I do not condone "flipping" of my designs (adding the worth of personal art just to sell for a higher price).
・I am comfortable with inspiration being taken from my personal designs. Do not reference my commission work. My clients have their own boundaries with their designs and characters. Please respect that.
・Designs that are sold with companions cannot be sold separately.
