An experiment involving a living thing, and a battery's core, scientists continued to add onto the poor creature until he would be capable of living forever only on battery power. He talks with a snake's smooth and slithery voice, and he's quite vicious from the way he was treated as a test subject. His batteries can power a city grid, although it hurts him to do so. He has the power to travel between worlds, so he lives his life on the run. The bolts on his limbs help keep his energy regulated, but they are not to be touched as they are electrically live; a simple tap can fatally shock you. Ironically, he enjoys fried foods. His eyes have been removed, so his expression his hard to read, but the visor on his face can literally spell out his emotions.
