Francis is bratty and spoiled, partly because that's just their nature but also because Rubi can't say no to their cute face, spoling him lots. They use their cuteness in their favor a lot, mostly to gain candy and sweets, which they love.
Very stubborn and won't stop until they get what they want. Hates being ignored and will throw a fit if that happens. Pretty snooty. Likes to be the leader of the playmates, though that normally doesn't succeed, as the kids (mostly his family) know him well by now. They were a little lonely before the whole family got together. Their grumpy and bossy behavior often pushed other children away.
They're very loud (much like Rubi), but gets quiet and laconic when they meet someone new. Protects their friends and loved ones fiercely, and they'll burn your butt if they see you bullying them.
Doesn't like being called cute or short. They react with a "I KNOW I'm cute!", but inside they're flustered, so they yell at the one who said it.
They often feel lonely. Rubi is out a lot, so they feel abandoned and neglected. Secretly cries a lot. That got a lot better when Leslie joined the family. |

- Short and chubby child with a fat pink dragon tail.
- Face is round and cheeks are chubby, squishing his already small eyes, which are cherry red in color. Their nose is round and upturned and they have big round eyebrows.
- Hair is short and very wavy, almost curly, and is lilac colored. Two pairs of conical, light pink horns sprout from behind their round-ish pointed ears.
- As a dragon, they're pretty chubby, with squishy neck jowl-things. They have a white lavender-ish underbelly and their cheeks are blush red. Their wing membranes, claws and brow are lilac and their eyes are very small and round, the same color as they are in human form. They still have a fat tail and two pairs of conical horns.
