Kingpin

• Species: Wishmaker (original/personal species)
  • Mostly characterized for their vastly different appearances due to an increasing amount of clans assimilating into bigger populations, multiple eyes, and their innate ability to grant wishes.
  • Every wishmaker is typically born with multiple eyes on their body with the quantity possibly ranging from a couple per arm to a near grotesque amount and can appear as a non-functional pattern on the body or actual functioning eyeballs
  • The amount of eyes typically indicates one's natural lifespan. Its been rumored that each eye represents ten years.
  • Every wish a Wishmaker grants/makes will close up one eye on their body, but each closed eye doesn't shorten their lifespan. Instead when all eyes on the body close, will the Wishmaker near-immediately die on the spot.
• Occupation: Mob Boss of the DeadZone
• Ruthless and meticulous, Kingpin is an infamous name feared within the notoriously crime-infested DeadZone. 
• There are numerous smaller groups that preside in the DeadZone, but all of them answer to Kingpin.
• Kingpin is not only the Big Boss of the DeadZone, but he's also the head of the King Family, a family with the largest amount of members that have a monopoly of the DeadZone's resources.
• Kingpin is more of a title than a real name, but no one has called him by his real name in many years.

Typically in Wishmaker communities, even small and scattered ones, its more favorably seen to have been born with a large amount of eyes. Kingpin was unfortunately one of the rare cases to be born with three eyes. Born from a more canine-typical clan, it was typical to have the standard two eyes plus an additional amount across the body, but to have only been born with only ONE eye in addition to the standard, functional two eyes is extremely rare among Wishmakers. Many pitied and belittled Kingpin. They would often remark on his poor fate to be born with such a supposedly small lifespan and the small amount of wishes he could make.

It frustrated Kingpin to no end, but their words were true. Only having three eyes, indicated he'd only live to his 30's and he didn't have enough power to make a wish to extend his life.
He was meant for more in life.
He wanted to live as splendidly as a King!
He was desperate to find a way to live longer.

So he made a deal with a devil. Him for the means and knowledge to extend his life. So a deal was struck. And Kingpin found a way to make an unlimited amount of wishes without expending an eye.
