The shining Goddess of the morning star

She paints the colors of the dawn when she floats over the sky. It is said that you can read her mood from the vibrancy and amount of colors.

She's very artistic and graceful,  able to float at will, and selective mute (she prefers to hum or sing softly, rarely speaks). She communicates her feelings with colors and light which she creates with her magic.

She likes admiring ponies she finds beautiful, watching them from afar without being noticed (they don't have to be conventionally attractive, she also likes ponies that are interesting to look at or aesthetically beautiful). One specific mortal seems to have caught her eye recently, could she be having a crush on Serena, the wandering knight? The numerous paintings of her might suggest so...
