A portly girl taken in by Seth at a young age. Her parents were good friends of the suspiciously altruistic man before their untimely deaths and he made sure to provide for her. Although she's on good terms with Seth, she's highly suspicious of his activities with his "business partner," Lucius and has tried many times to point the authorities in their direction. 

While she's not trying to pin crimes on her adoptive father, she runs a blog cataloguing the strange happenings in her harbor town and has wracked up a large following for her supposed brand of cosmic horror.
Seth, of course, helps her with making merch as a form of her getting a creative hobby.
